Gigs4Good #13 Change of Plans, FORE! Foster Kids Fundraiser & Team Up on Live TV

Alright, guys! Change of plans.

We learned recently that running a nonprofit with good intentions doesn’t shield us from hairy situations out of our control. It seems that 13 isn’t our lucky number, and next week’s Gigs4Good #13 benefiting Treehouse (rad nonprofit improving the lives of local kids and teens living in foster care) needs to be rescheduled. We’ve successfully hosted so many Gigs4Good to date, so we are disappointed that this one didn’t work out like we had planned.

In the meantime, there are still fun ways to support Treehouse for Kids and Team Up in the near future!

On September 13th, Treehouse will host their Fore! Foster Kids, a happy hour mini-golf fundraiser. Drinks, mini-golf, friends and a good cause… you can’t go wrong! The event will be at the Interbay Golf Center from 5:30-9:30 pm.

Get your teams of 4-6 putters together and let’s raise a glass and some funds for Treehouse. More information about team fundraiser requirements is available on the Treehouse website.

Team Up on Live TV Wednesday, August 15

We have lined-up a segment for Team Up on King 5’s daytime talk show, New Day Northwest, Wednesday August 15th at 11 am.

Our founder, Ryan Hodgson, will be interviewed on the show and Kris Orlowski will perform live. Definitely tune in to this very exciting appearance for Team Up. We’ll also share the replay link via our social media properties as soon as it’s available.

Thanks for sticking with us through these changes. Your support of Treehouse and Team Up is always much appreciated, and the community thanks you.
